Commercial Realestate Bougalis Industrial Rentals has grown from a 6000 s.f. one occupant commercial leasing/rental company to today over 50,000 s.f. of commercial and industrial offices and warehouses. We are located in the heart of the Iron Range in Hibbing, MN. We are always looking for opportunities to either build and then lease a new facility to suit a tenant, purchase and then lease back a client's existing facility, or lease one of our existing available units to a potential client. Our existing facilities offer several amenities such as insulated and heated buildings, 3 phase power, paved parking areas, loading docks, finished offices. Bougalis Industrial Rentals has land available in several locations in Hibbing to construct a new facility to suit your needs. We are able to take the project from inception to completion, and to set up a lease to suit your needs.
